You have a large variety of programs, 5 Heart Rate control programs, 4 programs that can be defined by you, and 12 preset programs.
The seat is extra comfortable to allow extended periods of exercises for you. The handle bars can also be adjusted to accommodate different users with different heights. It has an LCD display backlit with two colors that shows you distance, time, speed, RPM, pulse, pulse recovery, calories and other feedback for a complete info on your stats.
