The Marcy Classic Upright Fan Bike uses air as resistance, that mean that this bike is above all noisy. In its favor it has dual action arm bars that allow you to work your upper body as you keep pedaling, but is this good enough to cover the other cons on the bike, maybe not.

This bike is tried to be sold because of the dual action design on it, but besides from that the whole of the bike isn’t that great, especially if you think of the fan resistance that is noisy and doesn’t have any control, it just increases as long as you increase you speed of pedaling.

The fanlike resistance is noisy, but if you like that noise it may even work for you, but do not expect to listen clearly to your TV or any music on your sound system, unless they are loud enough to wake up the neighbors.

It has transport wheels and only weighs 59 pounds, so it is easy to move it around the house and place it wherever you want it to be. The seat is adjustable to a wide range of heights for different users, but it is also uncomfortable and inflexible, it works better if you buy a padded seat cover.

The console is simple and the whole bike has nothing special about it besides the dual action arm handles. There are better indoor bikes that are sold for a bit more than this one and get you much more with a silent magnetic resistance.
