The sole LifeSpan recumbent is the R3. It features a strp through design for easy entry and exit. Building on this brand's quality construction, it is well balanced and sturdy. The 16 resistance levels are automatically adjusted. Oversized seats provides for a comfortable seating. The Opti-View multi-position display can be tilted to a readable viewing angle. The Intelli-key is an intuitive system where the buttons automatically lights up if you need to press them depending on your workout setting. THE LCD display shows readouts of your time, distance covered, speed, RPM, heart rate, calories burned and wattage. The R3 is a value-packed machine.
